For example, you already know that job seekers are excited to meet with recruiters to learn about the hiring process, but many of them would like to meet with your program staff and technical experts as well. Try to round out your team with representatives from all sides of your organization to give candidates a broader perspective of your work. (And plan to bring senior-level delegates!)
Be ready to chat about your organization. It’s a turnoff to candidates if you point them to your website to learn more about your work, so do your best to provide insight beyond what someone can access online.
