6 Aid Groups Suspend Chad Operations, UN Says

. United Nations spokeswoman Elisabeth Byrs made the announcement, according to Al Jazeera. The development followed the kidnapping of Red Cross employee Laurent Maurice last week and the recent death of a Chadian aid worker.
