ADB, AusAID Help Laos Manage Water Resources

    The Asian Development Bank and AusAID have signed an agreement with the Water Resources and Environment Administration of Laos to implement an integrated water resources support program, according to

    . The two donors agreed to augment the government's budget for the two-year initiative. The program has four components that cover capacity building, development and implementation of integrated water resource management, preparation of national groundwater management strategies, and revision of bachelor-level requirements for integrated water resource management.
