ADB Boosts Water and Sanitation in Mekong

The Asian Development Bank will provide a USD1.5 million technical assistance grant to help prepare the Mekong Water Supply and Sanitation Project. The Japanese and Dutch governments will contribute a combined USD700,000 for the initiative. Another USD500,000 will also be granted from the bank’s Regional Cooperation and Integration Fund for the project, which will benefit Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam.
