ADB, Japan Back Fiscal Reforms in India

The Asian Development Bank will provide USD100 million in loan while the Japanese government will give USD600,000 in technical assistance grant to help India’s Assam state pursue fiscal reforms. The project aims to develop the administrative capacity of the country’s revenue department through information and communication technology enhancements.
