The Asian Development Bank plans to lend $100 million to Laos to support the latter’s development efforts in the next five years. According to the agency, the loan package aims to help small and medium firms, as well as improve education, health and agriculture in the country. The bank also looks to extend five technical assistance grants amounting to $10 million to Laos.
