The Asian Development Bank has instituted a new program aimed at promoting good governance and preventing corruption involving projects funded by the agency. The so-called Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan will require borrowers to publicize contract awards and publish all contracts amounting to more than $1 million on the ADB website.
