AfDB Funds Tunisia Rural Development Projects

The African Development Bank granted some USD6.45 million to Tunisia to fund water, sanitation and flood vulnerability surveys in the country’s rural villages, Tunisia Online News reports. The funding agreements, signed by Tunisia and AfDB officials March 12, will also cover health services development and a micro-credit system for farmers.
