Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet has visited Afghanistan’s Helmand province recently and noted that the bilateral relationship between the two countries is better than ever. He added that Afghanistan is Estonia’s bilateral “priority partner.” Security in Helmand province, as well as education and health care services top the agenda of Estonia’s development aid and efforts in the Asian country, he said, according to a news release from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
