Angola and the U.S. inked July 8 the U.S.-Angola Strategic Partnership Dialogue, which makes official the increased bilateral partnerships in energy, security and trade, and democracy promotion. The accord will also expand U.S. and Angolan cooperation in agriculture and strengthening democratic institutions.
