Apax Foundation Buys Into Finance in Motion

Apax Foundation bought a 20 percent stake in Germany-based Finance in Motion, an asset management firm that deals exclusively with development finance. Apax Foundation is a charity run by global private equity company Apax Partners. The shares purchase will allow Finance in Motion to tap the global network, investors’ base and private equity knowledge of Apax Partners as it develops new development finance products and services, the asset management company said in a news release.
