Armenia Railway Scheme Gets EBRD Backing

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is offering 15 million euros (USD20 million) to support the underground railway reconstruction project in Yerevan, Armenia. Armenian Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan and EBRD Yerevan chief Valeriu Razlog are due to sign the loan agreement on March 10, according to Times.am.
