Australian Firms Secure Bulk of ADB Contracts

Australian businesses won the most number of contracts for the technical assistance operations of the Asian Development Bank in 2008, the

reports. Some $23.72 million in contracts have been secured by Australian firms, amounting to 15.62 percent of the bank's total technical assistance operations during the previous year. Following Australia in the list are the U.S., U.K. and India.
