Craig Hatcher is the governance adviser at Helvetas Switzerland. He has worked in international development cooperation since 2010 and joined Helvetas as a governance adviser in 2017. He has experience in advising on a range of urban governance and legal issues in Africa, Asia, Central America, and Europe and holds a doctorate in informality and urban governance.
