Paul Fean is youth project manager with the Norwegian Refugee Council, Jordan. Paul’s expertise is in youth training, teacher development, and participatory research in the Middle East and North Africa. Paul completed his Ph.D. studies at the University of Sussex, where he focused on action research for teacher development in youth and adult education in Khartoum, Sudan.

Paul Guckian is vice president, regulatory at Qualcomm Technologies Inc. He is responsible for regulatory compliance of all products and services covering radio compliance, safety and environmental regulations. Guckian, an industry leader in regulatory compliance, has more than 25 years of experience in developing quality and regulatory compliance programs across different industries including telecom, medical, aviation, automotive and banking.

Paul Harrison is a biodiversity conservation expert, with over 20 years of experience in conservation policy and programming. Paul specializes in ecosystem conservation, biodiversity, forestry, and wildlife conservation and enforcement, with global experience in Africa, Asia, South America, and Europe.

Paul is a Berlin-based author who has written about Europe since 1989 and is the author of three major books on European politics. From 1997-99 he worked with the international mission in Bosnia and 2003-04 in Kosovo. Since then, Paul has held fellowships with the American Academy in Berlin, the European Journalism College in Berlin, and the German Marshall Fund. He was an editor at Internationale Politik, Germany’s leading foreign affairs journal, for five years.

Paul Horrocks is head of the Private Finance for Sustainable Development Unit at the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate, working on a number of initiatives aimed at encouraging greater private sector investment into developing countries, in particular on policies and approaches that governments can adopt in order to ensure that activities are aligned and impact achieved.
