Dr. Rosanna Duncan joined Palladium in 2016 to lead on the development and implementation of their diversity and inclusion strategy. Rosanna draws upon more than 20 years of experience of working within the field of D&I that includes embedding D&I contractor requirements into Europe’s largest infrastructure project, High Speed Rail Ltd. Underpinning and enhancing her experience are a Ph.D. that explored the implementation of D&I within the construction process and chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, as well as a significant body of research and internationally published work on a range of D&I related topics.

Rose Maruru is a co-Founder and CEO of EPIC-Africa, an organization seeking to increase the impact of philanthropy in Africa. Rose has worked in philanthropy and civil society for almost 25 years, managing strategic partnerships, developing strategies, and mobilizing resources. Prior to founding EPIC-Africa in 2015, Rose held various management and leadership positions in organizations such as the Population Council, Coalition for Children’s Rights in Yemen, and Save the Children in Gambia, Egypt, and the United States. Rose sits on the boards of Firelight and Niyel, an impact-driven campaign, advocacy, and public affairs firm.

Rose Tutera is a senior consultant in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s human capital practice. Rose has supported clients domestically and internationally, leading change management, capacity building, training development, and communications projects. She led the team that implemented the second application of the PPA methodology in the Philippines, working directly with government counterparts in Manila. She enjoyed collaborating to determine needs and prioritize initiatives and helping counterparts to unlock decision-making power from their previously static data.

Rose Worden is a research associate at the Center for Global Development for the migration, displacement, and humanitarian policy program, supporting Jeremy Konyndyk and Patrick Saez’s work on humanitarian policy and system reform. She earned her master’s in International Affairs at The New School in New York City, focusing on development, and earned her bachelor’s in International Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on global security.

Roshni Sen

Roshni Sen joined the Indian administrative service in 1993 and worked in several districts of West Bengal. At present, she is working as secretary to the government of West Bengal looking after all round development of women and children, senior citizens and the disabled. She has designed and implemented the Kanyashree Prakalpa, a CCT scheme for girls. She has been awarded the CM’s award for her services for empowerment of adolescent girls in 2014 and national e-governance award twice, once in 2011 for e-auction in tea and in 2015 for Kanyashree online.
