    Bangladesh will need USD 5.4 billion to recoup losses it suffered from the cyclone Sidr and to develop a long-term disaster risk management program, a final joint government-donor assessment report says. Coordinated by the World Bank, the government and some other donors prepared a damage loss and need assessment report and sent it around to other donor agencies Feb. 18 for comments.
