Bangladesh Seeks UN Assistance on MDGs

    Bangladesh has asked the United Nations and other donor agencies for assistance in attaining all of the country’s Millennium Development Goals by the 2015 deadline, the Financial Express reports. Planning Minister Ak Khandoker explained that the country has already made progress in pursuing some MDGs such as education, but needs assistance to advance toward other goals.
