President Evo Morales has claimed that the United Nations and United States are conspiring to smear his government’s reputation as two reports criticizing Bolivia’s handling of its war on drugs and accusing the government of money-laundering activities surfaced, BBC says. The reports were part of efforts to falsely associate his government to trafficking, Morales said.
