Bosnian micro enterprises get EBRD support

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has awarded a loan worth USD5.7 million to Mikrokreditna Organizacija Prizma, a Bosnian microfinance institution, to help it enable operators of micro- and small enterprises to get better access to capital for expanding or starting their businesses. The loan is subsumed in the USD107.8 million Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Finance Framework for the Western Balkans and Croatia, a strategy designed to help smaller business clients improve their access to finance.
