Brazil Proposes Creation of Climate Fund for Poor Countries

    Brazil is encouraging China, South Africa and India to create a global warming fund that would help poor countries gain access to carbon capture technology,

     quotes a Reuters report. Brazilian Environment Minister Carlos Minc also said he has asked Canada, Australia and the U.S. to help other countries acquire tools for underground carbon storage.
