Burkina Faso to Gain More EU Funding

The European Commission will provide more aid to combat malnutrition in Burkina Faso if existing projects backed by the bloc yield positive results, said European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid Louis Michel. Projects by Michel’s department in the West African nation are worth USD17 million, most of them focusing on preventing malnutrition among women and children.
