The country’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Hor Namhong has commented on the international sanctions against Iran, saying they are not good solutions, according to Xinhua News. He added that negotiations and engagement are among the most effective ways to approach the situation. Sanctions were applied to pressure and weaken the ruling Khmer Rouge in Cambodia in the 1970s.
