Humanitarian access in the Central African Republic is being hindered by inter-ethnic conflicts and attacks against aid workers by rebel groups such as the Ugandan Lord’s Resistance Army, IRIN reports. The United Nations estimates that some 192,000 people in CAR were displaced in October due to violence.
