    The Central Bank of West African States has forced Philippe Henri Dacoury-Tabley, the central bank’s governor and ally of Laurent Gbagbo, to step down. Alassane Ouattara, who is recognized by the international community as the nation’s legitimate leader, is expected to appoint a new BCEAO governor in the coming days, The Wall Street Journal reports.
