United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon has raised concern over the continued violence in Côte d’Ivoire fueled by the political crisis, as well as threats against the U.N. In a Feb. 25 statement given by Ban’s spokesperson, the U.N. chief slammed a call to obstruct the work and movement of peacekeepers.
