Downturn Scales Down Investments in Malnutrition Fight

    The global downturn affects the fight against malnutrition. Bilateral donors and companies are less willing to invest in development programs, says Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition Executive Director Marc Van Ameringen. But GAIN is not worried because the organization has gathered adequate resources for its projects before the crisis broke out.
