After 20 years as an engineer, Halifa Msangi finds it hard to sum up his career in one impressive resume.

Msangi, a consulting engineer based in Tanzania’s largest city, Dar es Salaam, described his resume as “almost a book.” He agreed this is a drawback, knowing recruiters do not have the time to read through everything.
