The U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization and World Vision International are teaming up to promote global food security.
The two organizations signed a memorandum of understanding to explore collaborations in agriculture, land tenure management, food price volatility, gender and nutrition programs.
“This partnership will improve end-to-end support for food-insecure communities; from global agricultural policy decisions through to field-level agricultural livelihood projects that are sustainable, effective and resilient,” World Vision International Partnership Leader for Food Security and Livelihoods Walter Middleton said.
