France Backs Gaza's Wastewater Treatment

    France is offering euro4 million (USD5.5 million) to help build a regional wastewater treatment plant in Gaza. The money will be used to construct a biological treatment plant in Jabalia. France previously contributed euro12 million for the first phase of the project, which helped build a pumping station in Beit Lahia, WAFA reports.
