Funding Needed to Help Asylum-Seekers Flee Zimbabwe, UNICEF Says

UNICEF is appealing for some USD1.4 million to help provide water, sanitation, hygiene, education and protection for women and children fleeing Zimbabwe as they continue to arrive in South Africa's Musina town, according to

. The U.N. agency will set up child-friendly spaces and boost its support for drop-in centers in Musina. Three advice service centers will also be put up along the border to provide legal advice, information on health and basic food, and hygiene packages to children.
