Gates Foundation Helps Bring Free Internet to Bulgarian Libraries

Some 900 public libraries in Bulgaria will have free Internet access through a USD15 million donation from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation,

reported. Bulgaria's Culture Ministry will reportedly seek supplementary funding to include 700 more public libraries in the project, which is expected to be completed by 2014.
