Global Fund Strengthens Malaria Programs in Nigeria

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria has approved a USD669 million grant to help fight malaria and other diseases in Nigeria, according to

. The money will be spent on programs implemented by the Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, National Agency for the Control of AIDS, Yakubu Gowon Center, National Diseases Programs of the Ministry of Health, Society for Family Health and Christian Health Association of Nigeria.
