He might not be a fan of voluntarily free-falling off a table into the arms of his colleagues for the infamous “trust fall,” but Jerrold Keilson will bring plenty of other team building initiatives to his new division at Creative Associates. Pushups, for one.

Formerly vice president and senior director of business development, Keilson will now channel his energy and passion into the position of vice president and senior director of the education division. Aside from instigating office-wide physical challenges — the team is up to 20 push-ups each — he’ll also bring another quality to the job. His sense of humor.
