How the Asia Foundation's growth affects staffing in the Philippines

The Asia Foundation’s Philippines office has grown from 30 staff members in 2004 to nearly 100 people today.

It’s great to have those additional resources, but inviting 30 people to sit around a conference table is much different than facilitating conversations between professionals in eight field office throughout the country, Ky Johnson, deputy country representative for the foundation’s Philippines office, told Devex at the Manila Career Forum.
