IDB Appoints New Executive Vice President

The Inter-American Development Bank has appointed Julie Katzman as its executive vice president.

Katzman, a U.S. citizen, has served as general manager of the bank’s Multilateral Investment Fund. In her new role, Katzman will be the chief operating officer, responsible for the day-to-day management of the institution.

Before joining the MIF, Katzman had been based in Washington, D.C., working with firms on strategic and financial issues.
