IDB Helps Boost Colombia’s Fiscal Stability

The Inter-American Development Bank will provide a USD200 million loan to help Colombia strengthen its sub-national fiscal stability. The loan will be spent on a program that will monitor, track and establish better control over the finances of the country’s territorial entities and decentralized national entities. It will cover at least 31 municipalities and 32 states.
