IDB Invests in Fund for Life Science Entrepreneurs in Brazil, Chile

The Inter-American Development Bank is investing up to USD9 million dollars in two fund that

in Brazil and Chile. The Burill Brazil Fund will get up to USD5 million dollars while the Burill Chile Fund will be given USD4 million dollars. Both funds support companies and entrepreneurs involved in health care services, clean technologies, medical devices, biopharmaceuticals and agricultural biotechnology.
