IDB Members Receive Urban Planning Lessons from Madrid

The 26 member states of the Inter-American Development Bank will learn best practices in urban planning, transportation and infrastructure from the regional government of Madrid under a new partnership between the multilateral bank and PromoMadrid, a government-owned company based in the Spanish capital. Madrid will also help the capacity of Latin American and Caribbean institutions.
