IMF Frees Money for Central African Republic

    The International Monetary Fund will release some USD13.1 million for the Central African Republic through its Extended Credit Facility. Total disbursement under the African nation’s three-year ECF arrangement is now USD104.9 million. The ECF is the fund’s main tool for medium-term financial support to low-income countries.
