IMF Frees More Funds for Gambia

The International Monetary Fund will release another USD3.1 million to Gambia following the third review of the West African country’s performance under the IMF poverty reduction facility. Total disbursements to date amount to USD12.4 million. The fund approved the USD21.7 million arrangement with the country in February 2007.
