Indonesia Secures Donor Funding for Elections

Donors pledged USD20.2 million to help fund Indonesia's elections later this year,

reported. The money comprises grants from Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, U.K., U.S., and Spain. It will be used to promote the role of women in politics and boost the capacity of the General Elections Commission and Supervisory Elections Body in Indonesia.
