Indonesia Wins USD600M World Bank Loan for Power Plant

The World Bank will provide a USD600 million loan to build the Upper Cisokan hydropower plant, according to Nasri Sebayang, director of planning and technology with state power company Perusahaan Listrik Negara. The plant, with a capacity of 1,024 megawatts, is expected to be operational in 2014, Xinhua News reports.
