Innovations for relief work

Everyone’s talking about innovation and designing for impact. Are there opportunities for an emergency relief group like the U.N. refugee agency, which often stays in country for years, to innovate and design for impact? We spoke with the agency chief, Antonio Guterres, on the sidelines of the 2012 Clinton Global Initiative.
