Iran Signs Agriculture Deal With JICA

    The Japan International Cooperation Agency recently signed an agreement to help alleviate poverty in several provinces across Iran, Iran Daily reports. Under the agreement, JICA will conduct early studies of small-scale and rural development plans in the province of Southern Khorasan and oversee cooperative management of pastures and forests in the province of Chaharmahal-Bakhtiari.
