A Japanese government panel on education reform is expected to call for breast-feeding, lullabies and turning off the television during meals in a report due out later this week, Kyodo news agency reported May 9.”We need to reaffirm things that seem natural, since that is the start of education reform,” one panel member was quoted by Kyodo as saying. The panel also warns that the Internet and mobile phones allow “direct connection with the evils of the world.” (Reuters)
