Japan Boosts Vietnamese Construction

    The Japan International Cooperation Agency has partnered with the Vietnamese government to improve the quality of Vietnamese construction, Vietnam Business News reports.

    Through an agreement signed by the two parties last week, JICA would provide technical assistance to the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction, including personnel training and equipment. The capacity-building program would focus on project management and building assessment methods, among others.
