Japan Funds Vietnam Child Care Facility

A Vietnamese hospital specializing in mother and infant care received a 461 million Japanese yen (USD5 million) grant from Japan, Vietnam News Agency reports. The grant will be used to boost the hospital’s capacity to address the increasing demand for maternal and newborn health care. It will also support extensive technical training for the country’s medical institutions.
