Japan gives grant to ADB for Mongolia road project

    The Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction provided USD2 million to improve rural access roads in Western Mongolia. The Asian Development Bank will administer the funding. The project will run for 42 months and involve 10 locations in the region. It aims to lower travel time from the rural areas to the main road by 35 percent.
