President Nursultan Nazarbayev has been sworn in for a fourth term as Kazakhstan’s leader, Reuters reports. He has re-appointed Prime Minister Karim Masimov and tasked him to appoint new officials to his Cabinet, with previous ministers retaining their positions in acting capacities.

Nazarbayev was re-elected by landslide in an election that European monitors criticized as having had “serious irregularities.”
